	Description:	The proposed revisions to the HMIS Data and Technical Standards recognize the reality of collaboration among organizations within a CoC. Functions such as data processing and sharing of information, measuring the effectiveness of CoC systems, and managing bed utilization place increasingly sophisticated demands on the HMIS lead agency and participating HMIS programs. This session highlighted proposed governance-related changes and provide examples of how CoCs and HMIS lead agencies should document their working relationship. Discussion explored the applicability of the governance standards for different types of HMIS implementations.
